Self esteem is very important.
There are two things that you need to know before you can truely devote yourself to another. They are to have a love of your creator and know that without God you would be no where. The second is confidence in who you are and a love for yourself. If you dont love God and you don't love yourself then you will never be truely able to love any one else.
