Last night my husband and I were disscusing potty training.  I dont know what exactly set him off but he stated "I don't understand why people think potty training is so hard."  We had our first son potty trained by 2 yrs old.  With occasional night time accidents (maybe 5) for 1 year after that.  Sorry to be blunt but parents are just lazy now.  It is about the parent being dedicated to teaching their child what the potty is and making them go on the potty every 2 hrs or so.  That is how simple potty training is parents put your child on the potty give them a treat if they use it (positive reinforcement). They learn quick if you are dedicated.
