Continuing with communication post from before. Do you communicate in bed with your spouse. I find it very important to know what your husband/ wife enjoys while being intimate, and vice versa. Speak up women let them know what you need to be satisfied. Communicating in bed is extremely important in having a health relationship with your spouse.
